The Drought Resilience, Adaptation and Management Policy (DRAMP) Framework is a fundamental guidance document to understand and use the UNCCD Drought Toolbox. It also provides essential technical and policy guidance to interpret many other UNCCD resources, such as drought finance, sand dust and storms, and capacity development.
