Հարգելի գործընկերներ,
«Երաշտի փորձառու համայնքներ» ծրագրի շրջանակներում 09/06/2023-ին կայացավ Հիդրոօդերևութաբանական իրավիճակի հեռահար դիտարկման համակարգ խորագրով վեբինարը։
Վեբինարի խոսնակներ Յան Կանակը և Յուրասեկ Մարիանն անցկացրեցին համատեղ վեբինար տեղումների արբանյակային դիտարկումների վերաբերյալ՝ կենտրոնանալով EUMETSAT արբանյակային կիրառական հաստատության վրա՝ օպերատիվ հիդրոլոգիայի և ջրերի կառավարմանն աջակցելու համար (H-SAF), երաշտի տեսանկյունից հիմնական արտադրանքը (տեղում, հողի խոնավություն, ձյան հայտնաբերում) և որակի գնահատման գործողություններ: Վերջիններս ներկայացրեցին նաև Սլովակիայի փորձը:
Վեբինարին մասնակցեցին պետական և ոչ պետական կառույցների (Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության, Ջրային քաղաքականության վարչություն, «Հիդրոօդևութաբանության և մոնիթորինգի կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ), ՀԿ-ների (ԱՋՀ Հայաստան, ԱՋՀ Հայաստան ՀԿ երիտասարդական թև) թվով 23 ներկայացուցիչներ։

Dear colleagues,
On 09/06/2023 a webinar on Remote sensing observation system of the hydro meteorological situations was held within the framework of the Armenia Drought community of practice (Drought COP).
Our Slovakian experts Ján Kaňák and Marian Jurašek held a joint webinar on satellite observations of precipitation focusing on EUMETSAT Satellite Application Facility on Support to Operational Hydrology and Water Management (H-SAF), the main products from drought perspective (precipitation, soil moisture, snow detection) and quality assessment activities. Selected case studies from Slovakia were also presented during the webinar.
Twenty-three stakeholders from different institutions, such as state bodies (Ministry of Environment, dep. of water policy, “Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center” SNCO, etc.) as well as NGOs (CWP Armenia, CWP Armenia youth network) and Universities took part in the discussion.

Jan Kanak the delegate of Slovakia in Scientific and Technical Group of EUMETSAT as well as member of Convection Working Group of EUMETSAT holds the position of a remote sensing specialist in Remote Sensing Department of Slovak Hydrometeorological institute since 1985.
Marian Jurasek, a member of expert team for Operational Programme for the Exchange of Weather Radar Information of EUMETNET as well as member of team for Support to Operational Hydrology and Water Management SAF of EUMETSAT, dealing with satellite-based precipitation products currently holds the position of the head of Remote Sensing Department of Slovak Hydrometeorological Institute as well as the one of External lecturer of Satellite and Radar Meteorolog in Comenius University Bratislava․
