Հարգելի գործընկերներ,
«Երաշտի փորձառու համայնքներ» ծրագրի շրջանակներում 27/06/2023թ-ին կայացավ վերջին Երաշտի կառավարման իրավական և տեխնիկական ասպեկտները խորագրով վեբինարը։
Վեբինարի խոսնակ Յանուշ Ֆեհերը ներկայացրեց երաշտի կառավարման ռազմավարության առանձնահատկությունները (երաշտի և ջրի սակավությունը), ծանոթացրեց երաշտի կամ ջրի սակավության հայտարարման դեպքում կիրառվող կառավարության որոշումներին, ներկայացրեց ոլորտը կարգավորող հիմնական իրավական ակտերը, Երաշտի քաղաքականության, պլանավորման և կառավարման համակարգը:
Վեբինարին մասնակցեցին պետական և ոչ պետական կառույցների (Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության, Ջրային քաղաքականության վարչություն, «Հիդրոօդևութաբանության և մոնիթորինգի կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ), ՀԿ-ների (ԱՋՀ Հայաստան, ԱՋՀ Հայաստան ՀԿ երիտասարդական թև) թվով 25 ներկայացուցիչներ։

Dear colleagues,
On 27/06/2023 within the framework of the Armenia Drought community of practice (Drought COP) our speaker Janos Feher held a webinar on "Drought management legal and technical perspective" focusing on specifics of drought management strategy including definition of drought and water scarcity; government decisions taken in the event of declaration of a drought or water shortage; within the webinar main legal acts as well as the governance system of drought policy, planning and management (Planning, management system, data used) was presented.
25 participants from different institutions, such as state bodies (Ministry of Environment, dep. of water policy, “Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center” SNCO, etc.) as well as NGOs (CWP Armenia, CWP Armenia youth network) took part in the discussion.
