Թույլ տվեք ներկայացնել մեր առաջին վեբինարի խոսնակ Վիվիանա Շալինսկային, ով բնապահպանական ճարտարագիտության, մոնիթորինգի, վիճակագրության, շրջակա միջավայրի մոդելավորման, օդերևութաբանության և կլիմայագիտության ասպիրանտ է և ներկայումս Վարշավայի ազգային հետազոտական ինստիտուտի Օդերևութաբանության և ջրային տնտեսության ինստիտուտում զբաղեցնում է դասախոսի օգնականի պաշտոնը: 2019 թվականից Վիվիանա Շալինսկան հանդիսանում է մթնոլորտային գրախոսական խորհրդի անդամ:
Երաշտի կառավարման հարթակի շրջանակներում 25/05/2023թ-ին Վիվիանա Շալինսկան անցկացրել է առաջին վեբինարը՝ Երաշտի առաջացման վտանգի գնահատումը՝ որպես աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցման հիմք թեմայով: Վեբինարների ընթացքում ներկայացվել են խառը օդերևութաբանական և հիդրոլոգիական երաշտի ինդեքսներ:
Վեբինարի բոլոր նյութերը (այդ թվում նաև վեբինարի ձայնագրությունը https://drive.google.com/file/d/1GtXNvdr4vnsd_y89SIA9Y7HR7Du1yJHG/view) արդեն հրապարակված են հարթակի այս հատվածում։

Dear Colleagues,
It’s our pleasure to introduce the first speaker of the webinars Wiwiana Szalińska, who has completed her PhD studies, specialized academic courses in environmental engineering, monitoring, GIS, statistics, environmental modelling, meteorology and climatology. Currently she occupies the position of an assistant to professor at Institute of Meteorology and Water Management, National Research Institute in Warsaw, she is also a member of Reviewer Board for Atmosphere since 2019.
On the 25th of May she held the first webinar organized within the framework of the Armenia Drought community of practice (Drought COP) related to Drought hazard assessments as base for DRR, in the frames of which mixed meteorological and hydrological drought indices were presented.
All materials presented within the framework of the webinar, as well as the recording (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1GtXNvdr4vnsd_y89SIA9Y7HR7Du1yJHG/view) of the webinar is now available in this thread.
