Հարգելի գործընկերներ,
«Երաշտի փորձառու համայնքներ» ծրագրի շրջանակներում 06/06/2023-ին կայացավ Երաշտի առաջացման վտանգի գնահատումը՝ որպես աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցման հիմք խորագրով վեբինարի երկրորդ մասը։
Վեբինարի խոսնակ Թամարա Թոկարսիկը, ով Օդերևութաբանության և ջրային տնտեսության ազգային գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտի դոցենտ է և Երաշտի կառավարման, վաղ կանխարգելման ու գնահատման վերաբերյալ մի շարք հրապարակումների հեղինակ, շարունակեց ներկայացնել երաշտի խառը օդերևութաբանական և հիդրոլոգիական ինդեքսները:
Վեբինարին մասնակցեցին պետական և ոչ պետական կառույցների (Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության, Ջրային քաղաքականության վարչություն, «Հիդրոօդևութաբանության և մոնիթորինգի կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ), ՀԿ-ների (ԱՋՀ Հայաստան, ԱՋՀ Հայաստան ՀԿ երիտասարդական թև) թվով 34 ներկայացուցիչներ։

Dear colleagues,
On 06/06/2023 second part of the webinar on Drought hazard assessments as base for Disaster Risk Reduction was held within the framework of the Armenia Drought community of practice (Drought COP).
Our speaker Tamara Tokarczyk who is an associate professor in Institute of Meteorology and Water management National research Institute as well as author to many publications on drought management, early prevention and assessment, presented mixed meteorological and hydrological drought indices.
Thirty four stakeholders from different institutions, such as state bodies (Ministry of Environment, dep. of water policy, “Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center” SNCO, etc.) as well as NGOs (CWP Armenia, CWP Armenia youth network) and Universities took part in the discussion.

Due to the Drought COP discussion thread all the participants as well as the other interested parties can familiarize themselves with the published materials and (in the comment boxes below) ask questions to speakers, and organize discussions on existing issues.
