Վի՛շեգրադ ֆոնդի աջակցությամբ ֆինանսավորվող «Երաշտի փորձառու համայնքներ» ծրագրի շրջանակներում տեղական փորձագետներ Գոհար Եղիազարյանն ու Հասմիկ Փանյանը ուսումնական այցով մեկնել են Սլովենիայի Հանրապետություն:
Այցի հիմնական նպատակն էր զարգացնել փորձագետների գիտելիքները և ներկայացնել միջազգային փորձը երաշտի կառավարման, մոնիթորինգի իրականացման, ամսական հաշվետվությունների պատրաստման և երաշտի որոշման համար նորարական մեթոդների կիրառման ուղղությամբ։ Փորձագետները ունեցել են բազմաթիվ այցեր և ծանոթացել են Սլովակիայի հիդրոօդերևութաբանության ինստիտուտի, ինչպես նաև Սլովենիայի օդերևութափանության կենտրոնի աշխատանքին:
Այցի ընթացքում ուսումնասիրվել են երաշտի գնահատման որոշ ինդեքսներ (հաշվարկային ու հեռավոր զոնդավորման ինդեքսներ), ՀՀ -ում դրանց կիրառման հնարավորությունները։

Local experts Gohar Yeghizaryan and Hasmik Panyan went on a study visit to the Republic of Slovenia within the framework of the "Drought Community of Practice" program funded by the Visegrad Fund.
The main purpose of the visit is to develop experts' knowledge and present international experience in drought management, implementation of monitoring, preparation of monthly reports and application of innovative methods for drought determination. The experts had many visits and got acquainted
to the work of the Slovak Institute of Hydrometeorology as well as the Meteorological Center of Slovenia.
During the visit, some indices of drought assessment (calculation and remote sensing indices) were studied, as well as the possibilities of their application in Republic of Armenia.
