Over the past decade, major advances have been made in the measurement of water insecurity. We have organized this high-level hybrid event to spotlight the key findings and recommendations based on global implementation of the Water Insecurity Experiences (WISE) Scales. The event is timed to coincide with the release of nationally representative data on water insecurity experiences for 40 low-, middle-, and high-income countries, in conjunction with the Center for Strategic and International Studies on World Water Day.

The hybrid event will begin at 3PM London time and include an introduction by Jeremie Brecheisen (Managing Partner, Gallup), a keynote address by Tim Wainwright (CEO, WaterAid), an overview of the report by Sera Young (Professor, Northwestern University) brief comments by Aude-Sophie Rodella (Lead Economist, World Bank) and Rachael McDonnell (Deputy Director General, IWMI) and a panel discussion with Andrew Roby (FCDO), Sara Viviani (FAO), and Zeina Jamaluddine (LSHTM).

It will be wonderful to have your voice in the conversation. Please RSVP below by March 25, and feel free to share with your networks.

For further information please reach out to Catherine Hussain (Catherine_Hussain@GALLUP.co.uk).
