ՋՐԻ ՀԱՄԱՇԽԱՐՀԱՅԻՆ ՕՐ
Արագացրեք փոփոխությունները ջրամատակարարման և ջրահեռացման ճգնաժամը լուծելու համար
Մի օր անտառում հրդեհ բռնկվեց։ Բոլոր կենդանիները վազեցին իրենց կյանքի համար: Նրանք կանգնած էին բոցի եզրին և սարսափով և տխրությամբ նայում էին բոցերին:
Նրանց գլխավերեւում մի կոլիբրի թռչում էր հետ ու առաջ դեպի կրակը, նորից ու նորից։
Ավելի մեծ կենդանիները կոլիբրիին հարցրին, թե ինչ է նա անում:
«Ես թռչում եմ դեպի լիճը, որպեսզի ջուր բերեմ, որպեսզի օգնեմ հանգցնել կրակը»:
Կենդանիները ծիծաղեցին նրա վրա և ասացին. «Դու չես կարող հանգցնել այս կրակը»:
Կոլիբրին պատասխանեց. «Ես անում եմ այն, ինչ կարող եմ»:
Ազգային ջրային համագործակցությունը, փոքրիկ կոլիբրիի նման իր ստեղծման օրվանից անում է այն, ինչ կարող է, Հայաստանում ջրային ռեսուրսների համապարփակ կառավարման գործընթացը առաջ մղելու ուղղությամբ։
Ս.թ մարտի 16-ին ԱՋՀ-ն կազմակերպել էր Ջրի համաշխարհային օրվան նվիրված
աշխատաժողով, որի ընթացքում քննարկվեցին երկու կարևոր թեմաներ՝
- ԿԶՆ6 ցուցանիշների 2023 թ. մոնիթորինգի գործընթացը Հայաստանում
- Երաշտի համապարփակ կառավարման կարողությունների զարգացում Վիշեգրադ ծրագրի շրջանակում
Աշխատաժողովին մասնակցել են ջրային ոլորտի պատասխանատու պետական բոլոր կառույցների՝ Շրջակա միջավայրի, Առողջապահության, Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների, Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունների, Վիճակագրական կոմիտեի ներկայացուցիչները, ովքեր հանդիսանում են արդեն իսկ ստեղծված «ԿԶՆ 6» և «Երաշտի կառավարում» աշխատանքային խմբերի անդամներ։
Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարությունը օժանդակության նամակ է ներկայացրել ԳՋՀ-յան թիմին՝ ԿԶՆ 6․5․1 և 6․5․2 ցուցանիշների 2023 մոնիթորինգի գործընթացը պատշաճ կազմակերպելու և բոլոր շահառուների հետ խորհրդակցելով հաշվետվության լրացման համար։
Աշխատաժողովի առաջին մասում ԱՋՀ թիմի ուղղորդմամբ (facilitation) և ԿԶՆ 6՝ աշխատանքային խմբի անդամների աջակցությամբ քննարկվեցին ԿԶՆ 6․5․2՝«Անդրսահմանային ջրային համագործակցություն» ցուցանիշի հարցաշարում տեղ գտած հարցերը, պարզաբանվեցին հարցաշարի պատասխանների ստացման համար անհրաժեշտ տեղեկատվության աղբյուրները և հարցաշարի լրացման մեխանիզմը։
Աշխատաժողովի երկրորդ մասը նվիրված էր երաշտի կառավարման հիմնախնդիրներին և ԱՋՀ-յան կողմից այս ուղղությամբ իրականացվող նախաձեռնություններին։ Մասնավորապես քննարկվեցին Վիշեգրադ ծրագրի շրջանակում նախատեսվող գործողությունները՝ երաշտի տեղեկատվական հարթակի-«Community of Practice» (COP) ստեղծումը այս հարթակում տեղադրվող տեղեկատվությունն, ինչպես նաև երաշտի ամսական տեղեկագրի ստեղծումը և բովանդակությունը։

Accelerating Change to solve the water and sanitation crisis
One day in the forest, a fire broke out. All the animals ran for their lives. They stood at the edge of the blaze, looking at the flames in terror and sadness.
Up above their heads, a hummingbird was flying back and front to the fire, over and over again.
The bigger animals asked the hummingbird what she was doing.
“I am flaying to the lake to get water to help put out the fire”.
The animals laughed at her and said “You can’t put out this fire!”
The hummingbird replied, “I’m doing what I can”
Like the small hummingbird, the Country Water Partnership has been doing everything it can since the date of its establishment to advance the process of integrated water resources management in Armenia.
On March 16, 2023 the CWP organized a workshop dedicated to the World Water Day, where tow important topics were discussed
- 2023 monitoring process of SDG6 indicators in Armenia
- Capacity building in integrated drought management within the framework of the Visegrad project.
The workshop was attended by the representatives of all state agencies, responsible for water such as Ministries of Environment, Health, Territorial Administration and Infrastructures, Economy, the Statistical Committee, who are members of the already established "SDG 6" and "Drought Management" working groups.
Ministry of Environment send letter for assistance to GWP for properly organization 2023 monitoring, consultation with all stakeholders and development of report on indicators 6.5.1 and 6.5.2.
During the first part of the workshop, with the facilitation of the CWP team and the support of the members of the "SDG 6" working group, the questions included in the questionnaire of the SDG 6.5.2-Transboundary water cooperation indicator were discussed, the sources of information and the principle of completing the questionnaire were clarified.
During the second part of the workshop, drought management aspects as well as initiatives of CWP Armenia in this sector were discussed. Particularly the activities carried out within the framework of the Visegrad project were presented: development of Community of Practice platform and its content. Also structure of drought related monthly bulletin.
