Head of Projects
We are looking for an experienced Head of Projects to build a high-quality portfolio of nature-positive solutions overseeing the scouting, screening and assessment processes. The Head of Projects will oversee the quality of the project's portfolio, focusing on its promotion within Switzerland and globally.
The Head of Projects is part of the Management Team reporting directly to the Executive Director.
Key Responsibilities
👉 Champion the screening methodologies to select the most promising solutions from a "biodiversity" and "nature-positive" perspective.
👉 Identify and collaborate with partner organisations who can nominate nature-positive solutions
👉 Search for high-quality nature-positive solutions to meet customer requests, be it Corporates, Foundations or Family Offices
👉 Ensure all projects are well presented on the digital platform to maximize visibility and impact.
👉 Conduct thorough technical, environmental, and impact assessments to meet customer requests
👉 Partner with academia and universities to engage independent technical experts and ensure a state-of-the-art assessment as a key offering to partners
👉 Collaborate closely with the Head of Projects and the Head of Marketing and Communication to ensure alignment with overall I4N objectives.
