An Act to make provision in pursuance of enactment of the Energy and Water Utilities Regulatory Act, 2001 in relation to the functions, powers and privileges of the Dar es Salaam Water and Sewerage Authority; to enhance the regulatory framework for the Dar es Salaam Designated Area; to repeal the Dar es Salaam Water and Sewerage Authority Act, 1981 and to provide for related matters.
