Directions and Experience in Water Sector Apex Body Development

As part of the reform and strengthening of their water sectors, a number of Asian countries have implemented apex bodies to advise government and improve the coordination between the various water-related sectors and ministries. These apex bodies may be known as councils, committees, commissions or other names.
