Financing Water for All

This document is the final report of the "World Panel on Financing Water Infrastructure", chaired by Michel Camdessus. The Panel makes several important conclusions on what needs to be done to find the financing for water infrastructure and offers specific proposals on how this can be achieved, and by whom.
